Culvert Requirements. All driveway culverts except on County maintained roads within the City of Bel Aire installed or replaced after May 1, 1984 shall be reinforced concrete or corrugated metal and shall be of a size to allow the free flow of drainage. The City Engineer shall determine the size and type of any culvert but in no event shall any culvert be less than fifteen (15) inches in diameter and all culverts must be new. (Ord. 76)
