Work Period; Overtime Pay. The work period for overtime computation purposes shall be a seven (7) day period. Employees who work in excess of ten (10) hours in any day, or in excess of forty (40) hours during a seven (7) day work period will be paid for the excess work hours at the rate of one and one-half (1 ½) times their regular pay rate. All overtime hours in excess of twelve (12) consecutive hours of work during any day shall be paid at the rate of two times (2x) the regular rate of pay.
