Work Order Request Process. County may at any time request Contractor to perform additional services related to the Services described in Attachment A, Scope of Work, pursuant to the work order request process outlined in this paragraph. County’s Project Manager shall submit a written request to Contractor’s Project Manager that specifies the desired services to the same degree of specificity as in the original Scope of Work. Contractor shall, not more than thirty (30) business days (or other mutually agreed upon period) after receiving the written request, notify County whether or not the requested services are possible and, if possible, has an associated impact to cost and/or schedule and, if so, provide a firm proposal that specifies the associated impact to the cost and/or schedule of the original Scope of Work. All professional services shall be at the hourly rate set forth in Attachment B, Table III. If County accepts Contractor’s proposal, Contractor shall provide the requested services for the cost stated in the proposal and subject to the terms and conditions of this Contract.   • BONA FIDE REQUEST PROCESS 42.1. Embarq shall promptly consider and analyze CLEC requests for unbundled Network Elements that are not currently developed by Embarq, network information that is reasonably required to determine what unbundled Network Elements it needs to serve a particular customer or development of and changes to Embarq work processes related to ordering, provisioning or installation of unbundled Network Elements with the submission of a Bona Fide Request (“BFR”) hereunder.

  • CHANGE REQUEST PROCEDURE (a) Any Change Request of Customer or SAP must be in writing and in the format as provided by SAP.

Customers shall order services from the Request for Quote via a Purchase Order with the Customers’ selected Contractor. The terms of the Purchase Order shall not conflict with the terms and conditions established by this Contract. In accepting a Purchase Order, the Contractor recognizes its responsibility for all tasks and deliverables contained therein, warrants that it has fully informed itself of all relevant factors affecting accomplishment of the tasks and deliverables and agrees to be fully accountable for the performance thereof.

  • Change Request Procedures 4.1. Either party can request changes to the Service in accordance with the change request form attached to the Order Form or provided by SAP from time to time (“Change Request”).

  • Rejection of Work Using the Notice of Non-Conforming Work procedures outlined in the General Conditions, the Design Professional shall reject work that does not comply with the requirements of the Contract Documents or that does not comply with the applicable laws and codes.   • Contract Task Order A-E shall be assigned work via a task order by COUNTY which shall subsequently be referred to as the “Contract Task Order” (hereinafter “CTO”). A CTO for each project shall be developed by A-E in conjunction with COUNTY Project Management staff. The COUNTY Project Manager shall manage all A-E’s work including monitoring the CTO work schedule, quality of deliverables, review of invoiced amounts, adherence to set budget, and internal review of submittal packages. A-E shall follow all requirements as outlined in the CTO; this general Scope of Work, the project specific Scope Statement, and the Architect-Engineer Guide (Rev July 2018). The CTO shall include a detailed Scope Statement, describing tasks to be performed with a specific list of deliverables for each task, schedule of work and cost to complete the work. The schedule of work shall allow enough time for meetings with COUNTY Management staff to review the work progress, provide technical and policy direction, resolve problems and ensure adherence to the work completion schedule. The CTO shall include a cover sheet provided by COUNTY Project Management staff with the appropriate signature blocks and contract information. Once both Parties agree, and all Parties have signed the CTO, COUNTY Management staff shall provide A-E with a Notice to Proceed (NTP) to begin work. A-E shall submit all plans, reports and other documents produced under the CTO to the assigned COUNTY Project Manager within the timeframe indicated in the CTO or as directed by COUNTY Project Management staff.

  • Bona Fide Request/New Business Request Process for Further Unbundling 6.1 BellSouth shall, upon request of <<customer_name>>, provide to <<customer_name>> access to its network elements at any technically feasible point for the provision of <<customer_name>>'s telecommunications service where such access is necessary and failure to provide access would impair the ability of <<customer_name>> to provide services that it seeks to offer. Any request by <<customer_name>> for access to a network element, interconnection option, or for the provisioning of any service or product that is not already available shall be treated as a Bona Fide Request/New Business Request (BFR/NBR), and shall be submitted to BellSouth pursuant to the BFR/NBR process.
