Where to find policies and procedures. Carinya Home establishes policies and procedures for the way things are expected to be done. All policies are available to you either: ▪ in the Policies and Procedures Manuals; or ▪ by request from your Manager. Carinya Home may amend or replace these policies from time to time. Carinya Home will keep all employees informed of the policies and procedures and of any changes or revisions and both you and Carinya Home are required to comply with them at all times. You are expected to keep informed of policies and procedures and to abide by same. The policies and procedures do not form part of this Agreement. However, some policies are also referred to in this Agreement. 4.2. Confidentiality You agree to respect at all times the confidentiality of any information regarding Carinya Home, residents and other employees. 5. Family Responsibilities In an effort to promote a better balance between work and family, Carinya Home is committed to ensuring employees with family responsibilities are not disadvantaged or discriminated against in any way connected to their employment. Carinya Home recognises that employees do no leave their family responsibilities behind when they come to work. In recognition of this, Carinya Home will: Provide reasonable terms and conditions of employment to assist workers with family responsibilities. Ensure equitable access to training and job opportunities for workers with family responsibilities. Give consideration to flexibility incentives for workers with family responsibilities to remain in employment with Carinya Home. Carinya Home acknowledges the importance of assisting employees in maintaining and strengthening their religious, cultural and family ties. As such it is expected that individuals will be respected for their religious and cultural differences and more effectively balance their work and family responsibilities. Where this involves time away from work, the employee may take annual leave, accumulated rostered days off, time off in lieu, family leave and leave without pay on terms as agreed to by Carinya Home. 6.

The Sub-Advisor shall provide to the Trust CCO: (i) quarterly reports confirming the Sub-Advisor’s compliance with the Sub-Advisor Compliance Procedures in managing the Sub-Advisor Assets, and (ii) certifications that there were no Material Compliance Matters involving the Sub-Advisor that arose under the Sub-Advisor Compliance Procedures that affected the Sub-Advisor Assets. At least annually, the Sub-Advisor shall provide a certification to the Trust CCO to the effect that the Sub-Advisor has in place and has implemented policies and procedures that are reasonably designed to ensure compliance by the Sub-Advisor with the Federal Securities Laws.

  • Policy and Procedures If the resident leaves the facility due to hospitalization or a therapeutic leave, the facility shall not be obligated to hold the resident’s bed available until his or her return, unless prior arrangements have been made for a bed hold pursuant to the facility’s “Bed Reservation Policy and Procedure” and pursuant to applicable law. In the absence of a bed hold, the resident is not guaranteed readmission unless the resident is eligible for Medicaid and requires the services provided by the facility. However, the resident may be placed in any appropriate bed in a semi-private room in the facility at the time of his or her return from hospitalization or therapeutic leave provided a bed is available and the resident’s admission is appropriate and meets the readmission requirements of the facility.
