Compliance with Rules and Policies. The Executive shall perform all services in accordance with the lawful policies, procedures and rules established by the Company and the Board. In addition, the Executive shall comply with all laws, rules and regulations that are generally applicable to the Company or its subsidiaries and their respective employees, directors and officers.

He shall promptly and faithfully do and perform any and all other duties and responsibilities which he may, from time to time, be directed to do by the Board of Directors of Employee, the Chief Executive Officer of Employer, or the President of Employer, or their respective designee(s).

The Company may, from time to time, amend, alter, change, delete or establish new rules and policies (collectively, the “Revised Policies”) to meet the business needs of the Company. The Executive agrees that, immediately upon receiving notice of and access to such Revised Policies, the Executive’s employment will be governed by such Revised Policies.

I understand and agree that I am expected to carefully review and comply with (1) all the rules and policies of the sites and schools at which I serve; (2) all FoodCorps policies, rules, procedures, handbooks, manuals, and guidelines of FoodCorps (collectively called “FoodCorps Rules and Policies”); and (3) all AmeriCorps rules, procedures, prohibited activities, and guidelines that pertain to service members. FoodCorps reserves the right to change or update the FoodCorps Rules and Policies at any time. Violation of such rules may result in termination of service. Compliance with Rules and Policies. I agree that the Minor will comply with all the rules, regulations, and policies of Xxxxxxxxx University or other Sponsor, including those applicable generally and those pertaining specifically to the Activity. I acknowledge that the Activity director (if any) or other authorized officials may from time to time establish rules and policies for the Activity which may be announced orally or in writing.

Future increases in Base Salary (if any) will be at the sole discretion of the Company. BONUS
