Keep Informed. From the date hereof through the Effective Date, Seller shall promptly notify Buyer of (i) any changes to the information disclosed on any schedule hereto, including changes occurring after the date hereof (although such disclosure shall not in any way amend or supplement any schedule) and (ii) any condition, circumstance, fact or other information that may cause the representations and warranties of the Seller contained herein to be incomplete or untrue as of the Effective Date as if made on and as of such time or cause the Seller to be unable to perform its covenants contained herein that it is required to perform on or before the Effective Date.
Keep Informed. Subject to applicable Laws, New Gold shall use commercially reasonable best efforts to conduct itself so as to keep Western reasonably informed as to the material decisions or actions required or required to be made with respect to the operation of its business.

Supplier shall inform itself and maintain up to date knowledge about all aspects of the existing and future Retained Systems and Business Processes related to the Services, provided Supplier is given reasonable access to, and notice of changes affecting, such systems and business processes.
