VPN Extensions. A VPN Extension is an optional feature for layer 3 multi protocol label switching (“MPLS”) Private Ports and Enhanced Ports. The feature allows Customer to extend its Layer 3 MPLS closed user groups to Customer locations that are not served by CenturyLink’s MPLS network (“Remote Location”). Customer can establish a tunnel through the Internet between the Customer’s CPE at the Remote Location and the CenturyLink network device. The Customer provided CPE must support the CenturyLink service configurations and be installed as designated by CenturyLink or as otherwise agreed upon by the parties. Customer is responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, use and compatibility of the Remote Location CPE. Customer will cooperate with CenturyLink in setting the initial configuration for the Remote Location CPE interface with the VPN Extension Service. Customer must use IP connectivity at the Remote Location that includes a static public IP address.

VPN Extensions. A VPN Extension is an optional feature for layer 3 multi protocol label switching (“MPLS”) Private Ports and Enhanced Ports that allows Authorized User to extend its Layer 3 MPLS closed user groups to Authorized User locations that are not served by Supplier’s MPLS network (“Remote Location”). Authorized User can establish a tunnel through the Internet between the Authorized User’s CPE at the Remote Location (separately purchased and managed by Authorized User) and the Supplier network device. Authorized User will cooperate with Supplier in setting the initial configuration for the Remote Location CPE interface with the VPN Extension Service. Authorized User is responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, use and compatibility of the Remote Location CPE. Authorized User must use IP connectivity at the Remote Location that includes a static public IP address. Supplier will not debug problems on, or configure any internal or external hosts or networks (e.g., routers, DNS servers, mail servers, www servers, and FTP servers). All communication regarding the VPN Extension must be between Supplier and an Authorized User approved site contact that has relevant experience and expertise in Authorized User’s network operations. The following features are not available with VPN Extensions: (i) End-to-end Performance Reporting; (ii) QoS; (iii) VPLS; and (iv) Multicast. VPN Extensions are not subject to the SLA.

  • No Extensions The period of time within which the Extension Right may be exercised shall not be extended or enlarged by reason of Tenant’s inability to exercise the Extension Right.

  • Delays and Extensions The CONSULTANT agrees that no charges or claim for damages shall be made by it for any minor delays from any cause whatsoever during the progress of any portion of the Services specified in this Contract.   • Lease Extension Lessee may request Lessor to extend the original Scheduled Expiration Date of each Lease Agreement for an additional period of three (3) years by appropriately completing, executing and delivering to Agent a written request in the form of Exhibit G(2), together with an attachment thereto setting forth the terms upon which Lessee would propose for the requested extension (a "Lease Extension Request"). Lessee shall deliver each Lease Extension Request to Agent not more than twelve (12) months and not less than nine (9) months before the original Scheduled Expiration Date. Agent shall promptly deliver to Lessor and each Participant three (3) copies of each Lease Extension Request received by Agent. If Lessor or a Participant, in its sole and absolute discretion, consents to a Lease Extension Request, such Person shall evidence such consent by executing and returning two (2) copies of such Lease Extension Request to Agent not later than the last Business Day which is not less than seven (7) months prior to the original Scheduled Expiration Date for the applicable Lease Agreement. Any failure by Lessor or any Participant so to execute and return a Lease Extension Request shall be deemed a denial thereof. If Lessee shall deliver a Lease Extension Request to Lessor pursuant to the first sentence of this Subparagraph 2.09(b), then not later than the last Business Day which is not less than six (6) months prior to the original Scheduled Expiration Date for the applicable Lease Agreement, Agent shall notify Lessee, Lessor and the Participants in writing whether (i) Agent has received a copy of the Lease Extension Request executed by Lessor and each Participant, in which case the definition of "Scheduled Expiration Date" set forth in Subparagraph 2.02(a) of the applicable Lease Agreement shall be deemed extended to the date which is three (3) years after the original Scheduled Expiration Date (subject to the receipt by Agent of any amounts payable by Lessee in connection with such extension), or (ii) Agent has not received a copy of the Lease Extension Request executed by Lessor and each Participant, in which case such Lease Extension Request shall be deemed denied. Lessee acknowledges that neither Lessor nor any Participant has promised (either expressly or implicitly), or has any obligation or commitment, to extend or consent to the extension of the Scheduled Expiration Date for either Lease Agreement at any time.

  • Term Extension The State may extend the Term an additional period of time, not to exceed one hundred-eighty (180) days beyond the expiration date of this Contract, under the same terms and conditions, at the State's sole option.

  • Time Extension CONTRACTOR shall provide a time extension request on completion of Task Order for delays caused by others (Permitting Agencies, COUNTY or Contract Cities, or unforeseen conditions such as inclement weather, etc.) and at no fault by CONTRACTOR, subject to approval by COUNTY. COUNTY will review the request and determine in its sole discretion whether the situation warrant a time extension at no-cost or with costs. If CONTRACTOR completes the Task Order beyond the stipulated completion date without COUNTY’s specific written approval for time extension, CONTRACTOR will be subject to liquidated damages and may be construed as non-responsive, which may affect CONTRACTOR for considerations for future Task Orders or projects.
