Renewal / Extension. The "Initial Term" begins on the Effective Date and ends upon the completion of twelve (12) months, at which time the Agreement is automatically extended (“Extended Term”) on a month-to-month basis until either party terminates it upon 60 days prior written notice.

Related to Renewal / Extension

  • Extension Term means the time period defined in §2.C.

  • Extended Term shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

  • Time Extension shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 10.5;

  • REO Extension As defined in Section 3.16(a).

  • Second Extension Period means the period commencing on the date immediately following the First Extended Maturity Date and expiring on the Second Extended Maturity Date, as more fully set forth in Section 2.9 hereof.
