No Extensions. The period of time within which the Extension Right may be exercised shall not be extended or enlarged by reason of Tenant’s inability to exercise the Extension Right.
No Extensions. The number of Scheduled Payments, in the case of Actuarial Receivables, and the number of scheduled due dates, in the case of Simple Interest Receivables, shall not have been extended on or before the Cutoff Date on any Receivable.
No Extensions. The number or timing of scheduled payments has not been changed on any Receivable on or before the Cutoff Date, except as reflected on the computer tape delivered in connection with the sale of the Receivables.

No Extensions. As of the Cutoff Date, the Lease was not amended to extend the due date for any payment, other than Payment Extensions totaling no more than three months, as recorded in the Sponsor’s receivables systems and in the Lease File.
