Voluntary Early Out. The Employer will post a daily early out list for employees at the beginning of each day. Employees may sign this list in order to be considered first for voluntary early outs. Employees can add their name to the Early Out list no earlier than 30 minutes prior to their shift start time. Voluntary early outs will be distributed based on a first come first serve basis, full- time or part-time, except that those individuals who have taken a voluntary early out in the past two week period will be bypassed. If there are still available early outs, the bypassed employee will then be offered.

Voluntary Early Out. The Employer will provide an early out list in the virtual roster for all departments daily at the beginning of each shift. Employees can add their name to the Early Out list no earlier than one (1) hour prior to their shift start time. Voluntary early outs will be distributed based on a first come first serve basis, full-time or part-time. This is subject to the Employer being able to maintain an adequate and qualified workforce.
Voluntary Early Out. The Employer will canvass for volunteers for early outs during the pre-shift meeting for employees at the beginning of each shift. Employees may sign this list in order to be considered first for voluntary early outs. If there is more than one (1) volunteer for an Early Out, the employer will randomly select the order using a ‘Random Number Generator’. When the Employer determines there are Early Out opportunities, it will be offered to those employees with the earliest starting shift.

  • Voluntary Demotion or Voluntary Reduction in Hours An employee has a right to his regularly assigned time, and shall not have it involuntarily reduced. Employees who take voluntary demotions or voluntary reductions in assigned time in lieu of layoff shall be, at the employee’s option, returned to a position in their former class or to present former positions with increased assigned time as vacancies become available, for a period of five (5) years and three (3) months, except that they shall be ranked in accordance with their seniority on any valid reemployment list.

  • Voluntary Reduced Work Week Employees subject to the approval by the Appointing Officer may voluntarily elect to work a reduced work week for a specified period of time. Such reduced work week shall not be less than twenty (20) hours per week. Pay, vacation, holidays and sick pay shall be reduced in accordance with such reduced work week.

  • Voluntary Extension Purchase Orders issued against a State Centralized Contract by any Authorized User not provided for in the Bid Specifications shall be honored by the Contractor at its discretion and only with the approval of the OGS Commissioner and any other approvals required by law.
