Vocational Instructor. Instructor(s) providing vocational instruction to inmates shall have the appropriate certification in the vocational discipline being taught. A high school diploma or its equivalent and six years experience in the vocation being taught; or a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and two years of occupational experience in the vocation being taught; or additional education or training may substitute on a year-for-year basis for up to four (4) years of the required experience as described above. Special Note: Must possess a State of Florida Educator’s Certificate or Florida School District/Florida Department of Corrections issued vocational certificate within 12 months of hire date. Non-certified applicants must be eligible to apply for a certificate at time of hire. State of Florida of Department of Corrections Educator’s Professional Certificate must be obtained prior to the expiration of the Temporary Certificate.

Vocational Instructor. 7. This Amendment and all its attachments are hereby made a part of this Contract. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect. Except as otherwise expressly set forth herein, the terms and conditions contained in the Contract and subsequent amendments are unchanged. This Amendment sets forth the entire understanding between the Parties with regard to the subject matter hereof.

  • Additional Instructions Owner may issue additional instructions during the progress of the Work by means of Drawings or other media necessary to illustrate changes in the Work.

  • Special Instructions As used herein, the term "Special Instructions" shall mean Proper Instructions countersigned or confirmed in writing by the Treasurer or any Deputy or Assistant Treasurer of the applicable Fund or any other person designated by the Treasurer of such Fund in writing, which countersignature or confirmation shall be (i) included on the same instrument containing the Proper Instructions or on a separate instrument relating thereto, and (ii) delivered by hand, by facsimile transmission, or in such other manner as the applicable Fund and the Custodian agree in writing.

  • Instructor Associated with the position of Instructor is a nominal workload of 195 hours per half-credit course. This nominal workload is normally made up of scheduled contact time with students and non-classroom time. The non-classroom time is made up of preparation of lectures, student consultation, marking or grading and course administration, including grade appeals and cases of academic dishonesty. In the case of a two-hour lecture per week, or the equivalent of a two-hour lecture per week, the incumbent shall also be responsible for the first hour of seminar in each course.   • Additional Instruments The Member will execute and deliver any document or statement necessary to give effect to the terms of this Agreement or to comply with any law, rule or regulation governing the Company’s formation and activities.
