  • Date of Hire means the date on which a person shall perform his first Hour of Service.   • main phase employment and support allowance means an employment and support allowance where the calculation of the amount payable in respect of the applicant includes a component under section 2(1)(b) or 4(2)(b) of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 except in Part 1 of Schedule 1;

  • Contract Time means the period between the start date identified in the Notice to Proceed with construction and the Substantial Completion date identified in the Notice to Proceed or as subsequently amended by a Change Order.

  • Covered Termination means the termination of Executive’s employment by the Company without Cause or by Executive for Good Reason, and shall not include a termination due to Executive’s death or disability.

  • Normal Retirement Date means the later of the Normal Retirement Age or Termination of Employment.
