VACATIONS, HOLIDAYS AND COMPASSIONATE LEAVE. 14.01 Vacation pay shall be for a normal week's earnings based on the employee's rate for his regular occupation, times the number of hours normally scheduled for that occupation, and according to the practices presently in effect.
