Vacation Recall. To the extent possible employees on vacation leave will not be subject to mandatory recall while on their vacation period. However, where there is an emergency recall, vacation time can be canceled whenever the Fire Chief deems necessary.

Vacation Recall. If a Registered Staff member is asked back to work while on vacation the staff member shall be entitled to the number of days missed from their vacation at a mutually agreeable date. If an employee is requested to return to work from an approved leave of absence (ie.vacation) the employee would be entitled to 1.5 times their regular rate of pay for all hours worked during the approved leave of absence.

  • Vacation Records An Employee is entitled to be informed, upon request, of the balance of their vacation leave with pay credits.
