Work While on Vacation. If an Employee is requested to work while on a vacation day or during the summer vacation period, as designated by the Employee, and works, the Employee shall receive pay at double time for all hours worked and shall have the actual vacation day(s) rescheduled.
Work While on Vacation. Should an employee, who has commenced her scheduled vacation, agree, upon the request of the Home, to return to perform work during the vacation period, the employee shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1½) times his basic straight time rate for all hours so worked. To replace the originally scheduled days on which such work was performed, the employee will receive one (1) vacation lieu day off for each day worked.
