USE; QUIET ENJOYMENT. So long as there shall exist no Event of Default, Lessee shall be entitled to the possession, use and quiet enjoyment of the Equipment during the Term and any Renewal Term in accordance with the terms of the Lease. Unless a purchase option is exercised, Lessee shall deliver and surrender the Equipment to Lessor at the end of the Term or Renewal Term in accordance with Section 16 hereof. Lessee warrants that the Equipment will at all times be used and operated solely in the conduct of Lessee's business in a careful and proper manner for the purpose for which it was designed and intended and under and in compliance with manufacturer's specifications and applicable laws and all lawful acts, rules, regulations and orders of any governmental bodies or officers having power to regulate or supervise the use of such property, except that Lessee may in good faith and by appropriate proceedings contest the application of any such rule, regulation or order in any reasonable manner that will not adversely affect the title of Lessor to any Equipment or subject the same to forfeiture or sale. Lessee will not permit its rights or interest hereunder to be subject to any lien, charge or encumbrance and will keep the Equipment free and clear of any and all liens, charges, encumbrances and adverse claims (except those arising from acts of Lessor). Lessor and its agents and employees shall have the right to enter upon any premises where the Equipment or Items are then located to inspect and examine the same and the maintenance records related thereto. Such inspections shall be during normal business hours and upon reasonable notice; provided that Lessor may inspect such Equipment Items and records without notice and at any time if an Event of Default exists or if Lessor reasonably believes that any Items or lessor's rights are in jeopardy of damage or loss. Lessee agrees to assist Lessor in its inspections and examinations permitted hereunder. All such inspection rights are for the sole benefit of Lessor and shall not be construed to impose any obligation on Lessor, whether or not Lessor makes any inspections or receives any reports.

USE; QUIET ENJOYMENT. (a) The Premises shall be used by Tenant for the purposes, and under the Trade Name set forth in the Fundamental Lease Provisions. Tenant shall not use or permit the Premises to be used for any other purpose or under any other trade name without the prior written consent of Landlord; provided Tenant shall not use, permit or suffer anything to be done in the Premises or anything to be brought into or kept in the Premises, in either case, which occasions discomfort or annoyance to any other tenants or occupants of the Center, or which in Landlord's reasonable judgment may tend to impair the reputation or appearance of the Center or tend to interfere with the proper and economic operation of the Center by Landlord.
USE; QUIET ENJOYMENT. (a) Tenant may occupy and use the Premises for office/warehouse/manufacturing and such other purposes as are permitted by applicable laws, codes and regulations. Tenant shall not use or occupy or permit any of the Premises to be used or occupied, nor do or permit anything to be done in or on any of the Premises, in a manner which would or might (i) violate any Law or Legal Requirement, (ii) make void or voidable or cause any insurer to cancel any insurance required by this Lease, or make it difficult or impossible to obtain any such insurance at then current commercially reasonable rates for the permitted uses, (iii) make void or voidable, cancel or cause to be cancelled or release any of the Warranties, (iv) cause injury to any of the Improvements or (v) constitute a public or private nuisance or waste.
USE; QUIET ENJOYMENT. The Premises may be used and occupied solely for general office purposes permitted by the Master Lease and for no other purpose without the prior written consent of Sublandlord. Subtenant agrees that the Premises will not be used at any time for the storage or distribution of any hazardous materials or substances, or for any other purpose which violates any federal, state or local environmental statute, ordinance or regulation. Sublandlord makes no representation, express or implied, with respect to the condition or fitness of the Premises for any particular purpose.
USE; QUIET ENJOYMENT. Lessee may use the Premises for nursing home -------------------- purposes in accordance with valid, applicable permits held by Lessee and all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations. So long as no default has occurred and is continuing hereunder, Lessor warrants peaceful and quiet enjoyment of the Premises by Lessee against acts of Lessor or anyone claiming through Lessor; provided that Lessor and its agents may enter upon and examine the Premises at reasonable times.

Tenant shall use the Premises as a comprehensive nursing home, providing care and/or accommodations for the sick, aged, infirm or persons unable fully to care for themselves without supervision or assistance, or for any long-term care facility providing a similar or related service, and for any other lawful use related thereto.
