Peaceful Enjoyment Sample Clauses

Peaceful Enjoyment. Tenant shall, and may peacefully have, hold, and enjoy the Premises, subject to the other terms hereof, provided that Tenant pays the Rent and other sums herein recited to be paid by Tenant and timely performs all of Tenant’s covenants and agreements herein contained. This covenant and any and all other covenants of Landlord shall be binding upon Landlord and its successors only with respect to breaches occurring during its or their respective periods of ownership of the Landlord’s interest hereunder.

Peaceful Enjoyment. The Landlord covenants that the Tenant, on paying the rent and performing the covenants hereof, shall and may peaceably and quietly have, hold, and enjoy the rented premises for the term mentioned without hindrance or interruption by the Landlord.

Peaceful Enjoyment. Animals must not be kept or allowed to stay in the rented property without the written agreement of the lessor. Both parties or third parties to whom they granted access must refrain from any activities which could disturb the peace of the occupants or neighbours. The lessor undertakes to ensure the peaceful enjoyment of the rented property, unless the disturbance of the enjoyment is caused by the actions of independent third parties. The lessor only has access to the rented property:  in the event of force majeure  with the permission of the tenant  after prior written notification to the tenant from the lessor, with a view to compliance with the internal regulations. The written notification, along with a proposed time, shall be sent in good time to the tenant, who may propose a new time which cannot be later than 5 days after the initially proposed time.
Peaceful Enjoyment. Landlord agrees that Tenant, on performing the covenants contained herein, shall peaceably and quietly have, hold, and enjoy the Leased Premises for the Term.

Peaceful Enjoyment. The Landlord is not responsible for any annoyance or disruption to Residents resulting from noise created by external sources (i.e. private businesses, public services, construction, and university or community events).
