Lawful Use. The Product is solely for lawful purposes and use. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Product is in accordance with this agreement and any applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, regulations, rules and other government authority.

Lawful Use. Xxxxxx agrees that it will not engage in any illegal activities on the Property, nor will Tenant knowingly allow others to engage in any illegal activities on Property.

Lessee shall not permit the Aircraft to be maintained, used, or operated in violation of any Law of any Governmental Entity having jurisdiction, or contrary to any Manufacturer’s operating manuals and instructions, or in violation of any airworthiness certificate, license, registration or AD relating to the Aircraft issued by any such Governmental Entity. Lessee shall not cause or permit the Aircraft to proceed to, or remain at, any location which is then the subject of a prohibition order (or any similar order or directive), sanctions or restrictions by or under any Governmental Entity having jurisdiction over Lessee or the Aircraft.
