Maintenance Records. Contractor shall conduct regular maintenance on systems which contain Sensitive Information and to facility’s physical and environmental controls (e.g., temperature, physical access). Contractor shall maintain documentation of any repairs or maintenance performed on the systems or facility and shall provide Metro Government a copy of such records upon its reasonable request.
Maintenance Records. The Contractor shall keep detailed records of preventive maintenance and/or repairs to the Premises and submit a monthly maintenance report to the Authority summarizing maintenance during the previous month. The maintenance record shall include, at a minimum, the date of repair and/or maintenance, the nature of the repair and/or maintenance, the cost and parts involved, and the number of labor hours expended for the repair and/or maintenance.
Maintenance Records. Each Operator shall keep accurate, complete and current, maintenance records on its Aircraft in compliance with FAA requirements. These records shall include scheduled maintenance, repairs, modifications, scheduled inspections, functional tests and overhauls performed. Such records shall be available to both parties during normal business hours.
