Use of YMCA Facilities. Use of the YMCA facilities that are available to Bay employees, as per Board Policy, will be extended to retired employees also. However, when and if the YMCA charges the College for these retirees’ use, this benefit will be terminated, effective immediately. When a mutually beneficial arrangement can be agreed upon by a retiring instructor and the College, the instructor can assume the status of Professor Emeritus. Such arrangement shall be renewed annually and shall specify compensation, use of college facilities, instructor responsibilities and reporting requirements. 0508 The College will provide all instructors with appropriate office space and the use of a computer and e-mail account. Office space will conform to requirements of NCA and FERPA.

A suitable award will be presented to the recipient(s) at the annual Awards Dinner.
Use of YMCA Facilities. Employees are encouraged to participate in YMCA activities. Employees and their immediate relatives (wife/husband/partner/children) may apply for concessions for the use of YMCA facilities, the granting of such concession, and nature and value of same, to be at the discretion of the employer, and confirmed in writing. Any and all such concessions granted do not form part of this agreement, and are provided as a privilege. Concessions are at all times subject to change or withdrawal in order to meet the operational needs and limitations of the YMCA and its policies in force at the time, and shall not be subject to the Disputes or Personal Grievance provisions of this agreement. At all times YMCA customers have priority. Persons to whom concessions have been granted may NOT use YMCA facilities or Activities on concession where such use prevents or interferes with use by a Customer of the YMCA HB.

  • Use of School Facilities A. The Association shall have the right to use school buildings without cost, at reasonable times for meetings, provided that the building principal is notified to ensure no conflicts. The Employer’s campuses and facilities may be used by the Union to hold meetings subject to the University’s policy and availability of the space. Staff representatives may reserve and utilize meeting rooms in accordance with University policy and procedure. Such requests will be subject to availability and all applicable fees.

  • Use of Facilities and Equipment The Union shall have the right to use school facilities for meetings and school equipment, including, but not limited to, typewriters, computers, printers, duplicating equipment, FAX machines, calculating machines, and all types of audio-visual equipment when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Union shall pay for the cost of all materials and supplies incident to such use and shall be responsible for proper operation of all such equipment.
