Plot Size Clause Samples

The Plot Size clause defines the exact dimensions or area of the land or property being referenced in the agreement. It typically specifies the measurements in square feet or meters and may include boundaries or reference points to clarify the extent of the plot. This clause ensures both parties have a clear, mutual understanding of the property size involved, thereby preventing disputes over land boundaries or misrepresentation of the property being transacted.
