Daylight Hours Sample Clauses

The 'Daylight Hours' clause defines the specific times during which certain activities or obligations under the agreement may be performed, restricting them to periods when natural daylight is present. Daylight Hours. Where for the purpose of utilizing daylight hours it is agreed between the Employer and the Local Union to vary the starting time by more than one (1) hour from 7:00 a.m. on a two (2) shift operation, each shift shall consist of eight (8) hours' work for which nine (9) hours shall be paid.
