Use of School Facilities Equipment. 1. Bulletin Board Space - Bulletin board space shall be provided for the use of the Association in each school building for posting notices of activities and other matters of Association concern. All materials posted to the bulletin boards are subject to the Board’s general policies (such as those related to non- discrimination, non-harassment, non-disparagement and decorum). The regular district inter- school mail service shall be made available to the Association for communications to employees.
Use of School Facilities Equipment. The Association and its members will continue to have the right to use school equipment and facilities in buildings owned by the District as provided below:
Use of School Facilities Equipment. The WWAP and its members shall have the right to use school building facilities pursuant to and consistent with Board policy at all reasonable hours for meetings. Time and location shall be approved by the administration. School bulletin boards and other established school media of communication shall be made available to WWAP and its members. Each paraprofessional shall have access to a mailbox or its equivalent in the building where she is working. The Association may, with administrative approval, use school equipment including typewriters, ditto machines, and other duplicating equipment normally available in the building. The Association may also use calculating machines and all types of audio- visual equipment at reasonable times when such equipment shall not be removed from school property. The Association shall pay the current cost of all materials and supplies incident to such use.
Use of School Facilities Equipment. The application for use of school facilities/equipment is approved subject to the following regulations. The district does not discriminate based on race, creed, religion, color, national origin, age, honorably-discharged veteran or military status, sex, sexual orientation including gender expression or identity, marital status, the presence of any sensory, mental or physical disability or the use of a trained dog guide or service animal by a person with a disability and provides equal access to designated youth groups.   • Use of School Facilities A. The Association shall have the right to use school buildings without cost at reasonable times for Association meetings, provided however, that the Association will be required to pay for any additional custodial cost involved by reason of said meetings. The Principal of the building in question will be notified in advance of the time and place of such meeting.

  • Use of School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment, including duplicating equipment, calculating machines, computers and printers and all types of audiovisual equipment at reasonable times, when such equipment is not otherwise in use.

  • Use of School Buildings The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.

  • Use of Facilities and Equipment The Association will be allowed to use school facilities for meetings upon request to and approval of the Superintendent. The Association will be allowed to use school equipment, including typewriters, computers, mimeograph machines, other duplicating equipment, calculating machines, and all types of audio-visual equipment when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Association shall pay the cost of all materials and supplies incidental to such use and shall be responsible for proper operation of all such equipment.

  • Use of State Facilities Resources and Equipment a. Meeting Space and Facilities. The Employer’s campuses and facilities may be used by the Union to hold meetings subject to the University’s policy and availability of the space. The Employer may provide private space for stewards and/or Union representatives to meet in confidence with those they represent on a space available basis. Staff representatives may reserve and utilize meeting rooms in accordance with University policy and procedure. Such requests will be subject to availability and all applicable fees.

  • System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the NYISO OATT.
