USE OF ROADWAYS AND WALKWAYS. The Contractor shall not unnecessarily interfere with use of any roadway, walkway or other facility for vehicular or pedestrian traffic by any party entitled to use it. Wherever such interference becomes necessary for the proper and convenient performance of the work and no satisfactory detour route exists, the Contractor shall, before beginning the interference, provide a satisfactory detour, temporary bridge, or other proper facility for traffic to pass around or over the interference and shall maintain it in satisfactory condition as long as the interference continues, all without extra payment unless otherwise expressly stipulated in the Contract Documents.

USE OF ROADWAYS AND WALKWAYS. A. Contractor shall not unnecessarily interfere with use of any roadway, walkway or other facility for vehicular or pedestrian traffic. Before beginning any interference and only with Owner’s prior concurrence, Contractor may provide detour or temporary bridge for traffic to pass around or over the interference, which Contractor shall maintain in satisfactory condition as long as interference continues. Unless otherwise provided in the Contract Documents, Contractor shall bear the cost of these temporary facilities.

Whenever such interference becomes necessary for proper and convenient performance of Work, and no satisfactory detour route exists, Developer shall, without additional compensation and before beginning interference, secure all required Entitlements, comply with all Legal Requirements, and, with County’s prior acceptance, provide a satisfactory detour, temporary bridge, or other proper facility for traffic to pass around or over the interference, and Developer shall maintain the detour, bridge or other facility in satisfactory condition as long as the interference continues.

  • Sidewalks doorways, vestibules, halls, stairways and other similar areas shall not be obstructed by Tenant or used by Tenant for any purpose other than ingress and egress to and from the Premises. No rubbish, litter, trash, or material shall be placed, emptied, or thrown in those areas. At no time shall Tenant permit Tenant’s employees to loiter in Common Areas or elsewhere about the Building or Property.
