Urgent Support. If Customer requests a response or work on a special project outside the scope of the Services, outside the scope of this Agreement, or beyond Normal Network Operations, Customer agrees to pay the rates as defined on Transformyx’s website per hour for remote and/or on-site work for that support in addition to Customer’s regular monthly support fees under the Agreement. For the purposes of this Agreement, “Normal Network Operations” is defined as the functionality and standard operations of Customer’s existing network, systems, devices and servers.

Urgent Support. This is largely to ensure that people going through the front door of A&E (urgent care) are managed effectively and quickly through: o Integrated rapid response teams o Actively feeding back to other parts of the system o Using other parts of the system to support urgent care Developing enabling functions These are the functions that will support and enable St.Helens Cares to work as a system rather than the fragmented complex set of organisations and processes that currently exist. The key workstreams are: o Information Management & Technology (IM&T) o Governance and leadership o Contracting and commissioning o Transformation capacity and capability o Estates o Workforce
Urgent Support. Oracle will provide Client, free of charge, customer support for any problem arising as a direct result of an MI Outage. Such Urgent Support shall be available to Client 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Oracle will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to Urgent Support inquiries opened by Client in accordance with the method described at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/help. Oracle will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to an appropriately submitted Urgent Support inquiry within thirty (30) minutes. If Oracle fails to respond to an appropriately submitted support inquiry within the referenced thirty-minute window Client will be eligible to receive one (1) Credit. Subject to Section 5 (Service Levels), if Client submits an Urgent Support request, but no MI Outage has occurred, it shall be charged on a per incident basis in accordance with this Section 6.2 (Pay-Per-Incident Support for Dyn Services).

  • STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES The Parties will identify and collaborate on measures to assist those students who may not be performing satisfactorily to succeed. The School will seek guidance from the College designee(s) in the areas of test preparation, tutoring, College Connection services, academic advising, and the development of an integrated support system for Students across the two institutions. Students will have access to the same or similar tutoring and other academic support as provided for other students in the School District, School and College. To promote academic success, the Parties will provide academic support services as may be needed. The School counselor and its designee will work to ensure Students receive pertinent information regarding higher education, financial assistance, and assistance waivers for tuition and fees. As needed, each Party will assist families as they complete initial application and admission requirements per the respective organizations’ processes. The School District will be responsible for non-academic counseling services and the College is authorized, but not required, to provide emergency counseling intervention services. See section 4 – Disability Support Services.

  • PRODUCT SUPPORT a. In the event that any goods delivered under this contract become defective or malfunction for any reason and at any time (even after the applicable warranty period has expired), including while “in-orbit” if integrated into a satellite, Seller shall promptly perform a failure verification or analysis and determine the appropriate corrective action at no additional cost to Buyer. Seller shall take the appropriate measures to correct all defects, determined to be Seller's responsibility, in all applicable documentation, undelivered goods, and delivered un-launched goods, as required by Buyer.

  • Acknowledge Support Unless otherwise directed by the Province, the Recipient will:

Xxxx College courses offered as dual credit, regardless of where they are taught, follow the same syllabus, course outline, textbook, grading method, and other academic policies and procedures as the courses outlined in the Hill College policy manual, catalog, and student handbook.   • Customer Support If Customer is entitled to receive Customer Support as part of a separately purchased Service Plan, Sage warrants that while Customer’s Service Plan is in effect and if it has paid all required Service Plan fees, Sage will use qualified personnel to provide Customer Support in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Customer’s sole remedy under this section 5.2 is limited to Sage’s re-performance of the Customer Support services giving rise to Customer’s claim.

  • Child Support (Applicable if the Party is a natural person, not a corporation or partnership.) Party states that, as of the date the Agreement is signed, he/she:

  • Support During the term of this Addendum, State Street agrees to provide the support services set out in Attachment D to this Addendum.

  • Supply Chain Monitoring A copy of the supply chain monitoring process, which should include details of the process for monitoring the financial viability of the supply chain (including timing), together with any known risks to supply chain stability and material changes to the supply chain.   • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.

  • Service Support In accordance with an agreed upon Statement of Work and SLA, the Services may include Service Provider’s standard customer support services (the "Support Services") in accordance with the Service Provider’s service support schedule then in effect, available at xxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/msa (or a successor website address) or as otherwise set out in the applicable Statement of Work or SLA (the "Support Schedule"). Service Provider may amend the Support Schedule from time to time in its sole discretion. Customer may purchase enhanced support services (“Expertise on Demand”) separately at Service Provider’s then current rates, or as otherwise agreed upon in respect of such Expertise on Demand services.
