Upon the termination. 11.3.1 Each of the Parties shall in respect of any unspent Revenue Payments held by the Pooled Fund on behalf of the Parties be entitled to be repaid from the Pooled Fund the contributions they shall have made to it in the same proportion as the budget contribution made at the beginning of the Financial Year with additional contributions made during the year taken into the proportioning.
11.3.2 None of the Parties will be obliged to make any further Revenue Payments to the Pooled Fund other than to discharge the reasonable costs, liabilities and expenses incurred by the Pooled Fund prior to the date of termination. HBC shall use its best endeavors to mitigate such costs, liabilities and expenses.
11.3.3 Upon the date of termination such of the Capital Assets purchased with monies provided from the Pooled Fund will be disposed of with the proceeds reverting to the Pooled Fund after taking into account the reasonable cost of disposal and the proceeds shall be discharged in accordance with the proportions set out in paragraph

Upon the termination of employment bargaining-unit employee's, for any reason, the employee will return to the Fire Chief or the Fire Chief’s designee, all equipment items in good condition. The Union agrees that if an employee does not return the equipment in good condition minus normal wear and tear that it will, within 30 days of the termination of the employee, reimburse the Employer for the cost of the unreturned equipment items.
