United States Rights. That the United States reserves all right, title, and interest in and to all property of whatsoever nature not specifically transferred, together with right of removal thereof from the Airport within a reasonable time, which shall not be construed to mean any period less than one (1) year after the date of the instrument of transfer. During such period, the United States, its agents, customers, transferees, and successors shall have the right of ingress to and egress from the Airport for the purposes of using, disposing of by sale or otherwise, and removing such property. Notwithstanding the foregoing, upon its receipt of written notice from the grantee, the Air Force shall have sixty (60) days in which to remove its property from the following facilities: Facility No. 38 Recreation Center Facility No. 44 Temporary Living Facility Facility No. 120 Maintenance

United States Rights. It is understood and agreed that title to the leased premises is in the City of Bangor, provided, however, that the leased premises are a part of Bangor International Airport and this lease is specifically made subject to any rights the United States of American or any agency thereof may have under any regulation, law, deed or other existing Agreement in or to the leased premises and may exercise in regard to said premises and should the United States of America or any agency thereof exercise any such right or rights in or to said premises, the exercise of such right or rights shall not be considered to result in a breach by the City of any covenant or agreement hereunder. In the event that the United States of America or any agency thereof exercise any such right or rights in or to said premises, and the exercise of such right or rights makes impractical in the Concessionaire’s sole discretion Concessionaire’s intended use of said premises, then Concessionaire shall have the right, at its option, to terminate this Agreement without further obligation to the Lessor except for such obligations as shall have been incurred and accrued prior to the exercise of said option.
