The representative will exercise this right in a reasonable way, having regard to the normal operations of the workplace and will comply with any reasonable procedures and requirements relating to health and safety or security.

Representatives of NZEI Te Riu Roa have access to the workplace in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Relations Xxx 0000. Union meetings may be held by NZEI Te Riu Roa in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Relations Xxx 0000.

The Union shall have reasonable access to all work locations to verify that the terms and conditions of this Agreement are being carried out and for the purpose of conferring with employees provided that access shall be subject to such rules and regulations immediately below, as well as to such rules and regulations as may be agreed to by the department and the Union.
