Employee Obligations. Provider shall require all employees and agents who have access to Division data to comply with all applicable provisions of this DPA with respect to the data shared under the Service Agreement.
Employee Obligations. The Parties shall undertake to ensure that all their employees who have access to Confidential Information of the other Party are under obligations of confidentiality fully consistent with those provided in this Article.
Employee Obligations. To its knowledge, none of its or its Affiliates’ employees who have been, are or will be involved in the Collaboration are, as a result of the nature of such Collaboration to be conducted by the Parties, in violation of any covenant in any contract with a Third Party relating to non-disclosure of proprietary information, noncompetition or non-solicitation.
Employee Obligations. All Employees in the bargaining unit must refrain from personal harassment or be subject to discipline or other action by the Employer up to and including discharge. Any such disciplinary or other action by the Employer must be for "just cause".

Each Party represents and warrants that all of its employees, officers and consultants have executed agreements or have existing obligations under Law requiring assignment to such Party of all intellectual property and proprietary rights made during the course of and as the result of their association with such Party, and obligating such individuals to maintain as confidential the Confidential Information of such Party and of a Third Party which such Party may receive.

All of its employees, officers and consultants have executed agreements requiring in the case of employees and officers, assignment to the Party of all inventions made during the course of and as a result of their association with such Party and obligating the individual to maintain as confidential the confidential information of the Party, as well as the confidential information of a Third Party which such Party may receive.
Employee Obligations. 11.1 The employee is obliged to perform his functions to the best of his abilities and shall as far as is practically possible endeavor to meet the standards of performance as set out in this agreement.
Employee Obligations. If a supervisor/subordinate relationship develops between employees with a Family Relationship during employment, the employees shall immediately notify Human Resources. Human Resources shall recommend options for eliminating the supervisor/subordinate relationship including, but not limited to, transfer, reassignment or removal of one or more of the employees involved. Employees may come up with other alternatives. Once Human Resources has presented alternatives, the employees shall determine which alternative to take. All employees and applicants for employment are required to disclose to the Executive Director of Human Resources the identity of any family member(s) employed by the College who work in the same chain of command and are in a supervisor/subordinate relationship.
Employee Obligations. As material inducement to Company in entering into this Agreement and providing the consideration described in Section 3, Employee hereby agrees as follows:
