The Committee may establish and maintain vocational educational courses, acting as trustees, therefore, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 74 of the General Laws and any amendments or additions thereto. The regional school committee is authorized to form or join an educational collaborative consistent with Massachusetts General Law (M.G.L.) Chapter 40, Section 4E.

SECTION III LOCATION OF THE REGIONAL DISTRICT SCHOOL The regional district school shall be located within the geographical limits of the District, or within a radius of 5 miles from the intersection of Route 2 and Bedford Road, which intersection is in the town of Lincoln, provided that if a community where the school is located ceases to be a district member, the school may continue to be located in that community.
