General Laws. At all times, Airline shall, with respect to its operations at the Airport, comply with all applicable present and future federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and ordinances, as they may be amended from time to time, whether foreseen or unforeseen, ordinary as well as extraordinary, including without implied limitation those relating to (i) health and safety; (ii) the environment; and (iii) disabled access, including the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq.
General Laws. Contractor shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances.

General Laws. Agent will at all times, and at its own expense, strictly comply with all applicable Laws, now or hereafter in effect, relating to its performance of this Agreement.

Section 3 The xxxxxxx may discharge (1) for incompetency; (2) for neglect of duty; (3) for violation of office rules which shall be kept conspicuously posted, and which shall in no way abridge the civil rights of employees, or their rights under accepted Unifor Local 2000 laws. A discharged journeyman shall have the right to appeal in accordance with the laws of the National as provided in the contract, and shall have the right to challenge the fairness of any office rule which is applied to bring about his discharge. Suspension is prohibited as a method of discipline.
