Trial-User License. If you have signed up for a trial-user version of the Software/Subscription, you are granted a limited non-exclusive license to use the Software so that one (1) individual may access the Software/Subscription on a single computer located within the geographic boundaries of Canada (except that use is permitted outside of Canada only during temporary travel abroad). You may print one (1) copy of any online user documentation in relation to the Subscription and/or the Software, however, you cannot make multiple copies of any online user documentation or printed materials that accompany the Software (if any). In the case of QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions, you are granted a limited non-exclusive license to use the software so that up to thirty (30) individuals may access the software on thirty (30) computers within the geographic boundaries of Canada and print up to thirty (30) copies of any online user documentation. Your trial-user license for the Software is valid for the time specified when you signed up for the trial-user version of the Software (Trial Period). If you registered for a trial use of the Software ("Trial Period"), you must decide to purchase a Software license within the Trial Period in order to retain any content that you have entered into the Software, created within the Software data file, posted or uploaded during the Trial Period. If you do not purchase a Software license by the end of the Trial Period, your content will no longer be available to you. To be very clear, after using the Software during the trial period, if you decide not to purchase the license to the full version of the Software, you will not be able to access or retrieve any of the data you added or created with the Software during the trial. From time to time, Intuit may, at its sole discretion, include new and/or updated beta features (“Beta Features”) in the Services for your use and which permit you to provide feedback (fees may apply). You understand and agree that your use of the Beta Features is voluntary and Intuit is not obligated to provide you with any Beta Features. You understand that once you use the Beta Features, you may be unable to revert back to the earlier non-beta version of the same or similar feature. Additionally, if such reversion is possible, you may not be able to return or restore data created within the Beta Feature back to the earlier non-beta version. In the case of (i) QuickBooks Pro for up to five (5) individuals on five (5) computers; and (ii) QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions up to thirty (30) individuals, (30) computers, you are granted a limited non-exclusive license to use and access the software within the geographic boundaries of the United Kingdom and print up to five (5) copies for QuickBooks Pro and thirty (30) copies for QuickBooks Premier Plus Edition of any online user documentation. Your trial-user license for QuickBooks SimpleStart, QuickBooks Pro and QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions is valid for sixty (60) days or as otherwise may be specified when you signed up for the trial-user version of the Software. You understand that upon expiration of your trial user license, you must purchase a license to the Software or sign up for the Subscription for continued use/access to the Software.

  • Single User License A Single-User license is for a named individual who is identified as the only Authorized User. If the computer on which this Software is loaded is attached to a network, this Software must not be accessible by any other user on such network.   • Server License We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license to internally use and install the Software on the number of Server(s) listed in the Order Form for Commercial purposes. Unless stated otherwise in the Order Form, for the purposes of this license grant, you may install the Software on one (1) Machine as a substitute for, and not in addition to, one (1) Server. The total count of Server(s) where the Software is installed must not exceed the number of licenses purchased on the applicable Order Form(s).

  • Developer License We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license for the number of Developer(s) indicated in the Order Form to install the Software on any number of Machines in order to internally use the Software to create, develop and test Applications. For clarity, a single Software license may be re-allocated to another Developer in the event that the original Developer is no longer employed by you or has been assigned to a new role where access to the Software will no longer be required on a permanent basis.

  • API License If you are purchasing an application programming interface ("API") license, other than a Learn API as defined below, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to access each API set forth in the Order Form. The API(s) are provided in the form of a web service that enables a "connection" into our servers. We will provide you with the information necessary to enable your secure use of the API(s). You may not use or install the API(s) for any other purpose without our written consent, and may not copy, rent, adapt, disassemble, lease, assign, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify or decompile, the API(s) or any part thereof. We reserve the right to limit the number and/or frequency of API requests or take other actions necessary to protect the integrity of our services.

  • License Key 2.5. The Application Software may include an embedded security system which if provided must be used together with a license key. The license key may limit the use of the Application Software to the applicable Use Level and prevent a single User from using more than one workstation at the same time and is valid for a certain period of time following which the license key must be renewed. Customer is solely responsible for any cost or loss arising out of Customer’s failure or delay to renew the license key.

  • Patent License For patent claims including, without limitation, method, process, and apparatus claims which You or Your Affiliates own, control or have the right to grant, now or in the future, You grant to Us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license, with the right to sublicense these rights to multiple tiers of sublicensees, to make, have made, use, sell, offer for sale, import and otherwise transfer the Contribution and the Contribution in combination with the Material (and portions of such combination). This license is granted only to the extent that the exercise of the licensed rights infringes such patent claims; and provided that this license is conditioned upon compliance with Section 2.3.

  • Vendor License to Use Customer hereby grants to Vendor a non-transferable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to use any Work Product solely as necessary to provide the Services to Customer. Except as provided in this Section, neither Vendor nor any Subcontractor shall have the right to use the Work Product in connection with the provision of services to its other customers without the prior written consent of Customer, which consent may be withheld in Customer’s sole discretion.

  • License Terms This license is for one full Semester. It cannot be cancelled or terminated except under the conditions cited in this license.
