Developer License definition
Developer License means a license to use Provider Technology, limited to a certain number of connections, restricted for use only on a developer workstation.
Developer License means a development license to the Software that may be consumed by Developers; the specific Developer use rights and restrictions are identified herein and depend on the licensing model under which Customer is licensed.
Developer License means a single PRODUCT license that may be installed on up to two (2) computers for LICENSEE’S use only. More Definitions of Developer License
Developer License. A Developer License limits Licensee’s access and use of the Product to internal application development and support purposes only. If the license is for components of the Product only, then such right is limited to such components. Licensee shall be further subject to the license terms of the appropriate license model for the Product (e.g., CPU License, Core License, Server/Machine License, etc.) designated in the Order. A Developer License may not be transferred.

Each Project License to WaterMap Core allows simultaneous execution of 4 WaterMap Core Jobs. Each Project License to WaterMap Utility allows simultaneous execution of WaterMap Utility across 32 processor cores. Laboratory & Classroom License A Laboratory & Classroom License means a license for one researcher/instructor and his/her students. Node-locked License A Node-locked License means a license to use the Software on a specified computer. Professional License A Professional License means a Seat License for Licensees of PyMOL, AxPyMOL and/or JyMOL. Project License A Project License means that the use of Software is limited to a single designated research project identified in the applicable Price Quotation. For WaterMap licenses, a Project is defined as a primary target in a therapeutic area or includes ability to investigate orthologs or mutations. In addition, a Project may include a small number of mutually agreed “off-targets” within the scope of the Project as long as these studies are conducted exclusively in the context of designing selective inhibitors for the primary target.
Developer License or “DV” - The limited right to Use the Program on a Standalone Seat for the sole purposes of evaluation and development and not in a production environment.
