User License. We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license to internally use and install the Software for the number of user(s) set forth in the Order Form for Commercial purposes.
User License. You must acquire a user license for each User. Each person who accesses or uses the Software must have at least one user object uniquely assigned to that person and access the Software through the user object. Provided that You comply with the above requirements, You are authorized to use an unlimited number of copies of the Software.
User License. If Licensee is purchasing a user license (“User License”) the following terms apply (and the terms in section 1(a)(ii) below do not apply). Licensee will receive 3 licenses of FileMaker Server software under each User License contract, unless granted additional licenses in writing by FMI. Licensee must purchase a User License for each unique individual in its company or organization who will have any access to the Software. This unique individual who has a license to access the Software is defined as a “User.” Each User has the right to access data stored in FileMaker Server using the FileMaker WebDirect web browser client, the FileMaker Go client and/or the FileMaker Pro Advanced client (collectively “Client(s)”). A User can use any Client to access FileMaker Server. A User can also use the FileMaker Pro Advanced client either connected to FileMaker Server or disconnected/offline. A User can use any Client to access FileMaker Server purchased under a Concurrent Connections License contract as long as the User has a valid User License and use that User License when accessing the FileMaker Server software. Licensee may not allow any FileMaker Pro Advanced clients purchased under a Concurrent Connections License contract to access the FileMaker Server software purchased under this User License contract. Licensee may reassign a User License to a new individual in its company or organization only if the current User will no longer need any access to the Software.
User License. LICENSEE must purchase for each User using the Cryptovision Software directly or indirectly one USER license. The Cryptovision Software may be copied and installed on as many Devices as necessary to supply services of the Cryptovision Software to Users as long as it is only accessible for Users for which a USER License has been acquired.
User License. Subject to the Term specified in the Order Form and Customer's payment of license fees, Licensor grants Customer a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license for one (1) User to install and Use the specific version of the Software purchased on any number of Desktop/Workstation(s) owned or controlled by Customer, for internal purposes only. Twice per year, with approval from Licensor, a single Software license may be re-allocated to another User in the event that the original User is no longer employed by Customer or has been assigned to a new role where access to the Software will no longer be required on a permanent basis.
User License. This agreement constitutes a non-exclusive, non transferable license to use the Licensed Materials listed in Article 1. The database includes the data, accompanying search and retrieval functionality, and online user documentation.
User License. In return for payment of the price and compliance with the terms of the Contract, the Service Provider grants the Customer for the duration of the Contract a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-transferable, non-transferable and sub-licensee license to the Customer to allow access and use of the Solution and Application Service to Authorized Users from France exclusively for the Customer's internal needs. The right of use is granted within the limit of the number of Authorized Users referred to in the purchase order, for a reasonable number of interactions and within the limit of the volume of Data specified in Article 8 below. In the event of an overrun, the Customer undertakes to inform the Service Provider immediately and to subscribe to the additional licenses and/or additional volumes required to remedy the overrun. The Authorized User License prohibits the sharing of a right of access, simultaneously or alternatively, granted to an Authorized User between several members of the Customer's staff. However, access and use rights associated with an Authorized User may be transferred from one Customer's staff member to another provided that the original Member is no longer authorized to access and use the Solution, Application Service and associated results. The results generated using the Application Service (such as dashboards) are governed by the terms of the license applicable to the Application Service, they may only be accessed and/or used by Authorized Users for the Customer's internal needs.
User License. LICENSEE must purchase for each USER using the CRYPTOVISION SOFTWARE directly or indirectly one USER license. The CRYPTOVISION SOFTWARE may be copied and installed on as many DEVICES as necessary to supply services of the CRYPTOVISION SOFTWARE to USERS as long as it is only accessible for USERS for which a USER License has been acquired.
User License. You need to obtain a separate User License for each individual person (“User”) that accesses or uses the Bizagi Automation Server directly or indirectly on a production server. A User License gives a User the right to participate in a running process and to access or use the services of the Bizagi Automation Server. A User License is unique to a person and may not be shared, nor may it be reassigned other than for the permanent transfer of user rights to another person.
User License. Regardless of the type of user license, each copy of the Licensed Software contains (i) software that provides services on a computer called a server (“Server Software”) and (ii) software that allows a computer or workstation to access or utilize the services provided by the Server Software (“Client Software”). For any type of user license acquired, Licensee may install one copy of the Server Software on a single computer (the computer running the Server Software shall be referred to as the “Server”). The number of Client Software copies that may be installed is determined by the type of license acquired as set forth below.
