Trial User means a Registered User of the Service which has no Balance on Account

Trial User means a person using and accessing the Application on trial user terms as agreed with MedicalDirector from time to time, which will be governed by this ▇▇▇▇. Update means any new release of or supplement to the Application issued by MedicalDirector and designed to correct errors identified in the Application, comply with legislative requirements, reflect changes to Medicare Australia fee schedules, or add extra program features or functionality, but specifically excludes any new release of the Application designated by MedicalDirector as a new version.
