API License. If you are purchasing an application programming interface ("API") license, other than a Learn API as defined below, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to access each API set forth in the Order Form. The API(s) are provided in the form of a web service that enables a "connection" into our servers. We will provide you with the information necessary to enable your secure use of the API(s). You may not use or install the API(s) for any other purpose without our written consent, and may not copy, rent, adapt, disassemble, lease, assign, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify or decompile, the API(s) or any part thereof. We reserve the right to limit the number and/or frequency of API requests or take other actions necessary to protect the integrity of our services.
API License. In addition to the licenses set forth above, Aquantia further grants to Intel a royalty free, non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide license to copy, display, perform, create derivative works and distribute Aquantia’s API software which will be provided in both object and source code form and which is more fully described in Attachment #2.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, MPP hereby grants to Licensee a royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable (other than a sublicense to an Affiliate in accordance with Section 2.3 below), non-transferable license under the Licensed Technology to (i) make API in India solely for the purposes of exercising the licenses described in this Section 2.1; (ii) offer for sale and sell such API to Licensed Product Suppliers in India, China and South Africa; (iii) import Licensed API into India for purposes of exercising the license set forth in Section 2.2 or (iv) use API for Licensee’s own internal use. For clarity, the license granted in this Section 2.1 does not include, expressly or by implication, a license under any Gilead intellectual property right to manufacture, sell or distribute any active pharmaceutical ingredient owned or controlled by Gilead other than TAF, TDF, EVG and COBI.
API License. Section 2.1 of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

For clarity, the license granted in this Section 2.1 does not include, expressly or by implication, a license under any Gilead intellectual property right to manufacture, sell or distribute any active pharmaceutical ingredient owned or controlled by Gilead other than TAF, TDF, EVG, COBI, and BIC.”
API License. The Product will be available through an Account. The License is granted to Licensee on the basis of commercial use. Licensee has the right to Support as defined in article 8.2. The License shall include those parts of the GSP application to allow execution of gas turbine simulation models from other application by use of a 32-bit Microsoft DLL. Article 1.8 is applicable, but the Licensee only receives updates of the GSP API for a limited period of 1 calendar year starting with the date of the delivery of the Product. Extension of this period has to be acquired separately.
API License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, PayPal hereby grants to you a non-exclusive, non- transferable, non-sublicense-able, limited license to use the Application Programming Interface ("API License") solely in accordance with this Agreement. You may do the following under this API License:

Subject to the terms of this Agreement (including, without limitation, the responsibilities, limitations and restrictions set forth in this Section 2.1 and payment of the Annual Fees required hereunder), provided that Subscriber is purchasing the right to use the Connector Toolkit, DSI hereby grants to Subscriber a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license (without the right to sublicense) to use and make calls to the API solely for the purpose of (i) extracting and transferring Subscriber Data from the Service to other Third Party applications used by the Subscriber for internal business purposes, and/or (ii) Subscriber's internal development efforts to develop applications to work in conjunction with the functionality and capabilities of the Service purchased by Subscriber ("Subscriber Applications"). Subscriber shall have no right to distribute, license (whether or not through multiple tiers) or otherwise transfer the API to any Third Party or incorporate the API in any software, product, or technology.
API License. Upon terminating a Product that interoperates with a Microsoft Software Product, Microsoft will cease connecting new Customers to APIs via that Product. However, existing Customers using the integration will continue to be able to refresh their data by making calls using such APIs after the termination of a Product unless otherwise blocked.
