Beta Features. From time to time, we may include new or updated beta features in the Services (“Beta Features”). Beta Features may have associated fees, which will be disclosed to you at the time you choose to use the Beta Features. We understand that your use of any Beta Feature is voluntary. You understand that once you use a Beta Feature, you may be unable to revert back to a prior non-beta version of the same or similar feature. Additionally, if such reversion is possible, you may not be able to return or restore data created within the Beta Feature back to the prior non-beta version. The Beta Features are provided on an “as is” basis and may contain errors or inaccuracies that could cause failures, corruption or loss of data and information from any connected device. You acknowledge and agree that all use of any Beta Feature is at your sole risk.

From time to time, NortonLifeLock may, at its sole discretion, include new and/or updated beta features (“Beta Features”) in the Services for your use and which permit you to provide feedback. Your use of Beta Features may be subject to the payment of fees. You understand and agree that your use of the Beta Features is voluntary and NortonLifeLock is not obligated to provide you with any Beta Features. Without limiting any other provision of this LSA, the Beta Features are provided on an “as is” basis and you acknowledge and agree that all use of the Beta Features is at your sole risk.
Beta Features. If Customer is invited to access any beta features of the Service or a Customer accesses any beta features of the Service, Customer acknowledges that: (a) such features have not been made commercially available by Kareo; (b) such features may not operate properly, be in final form, or be fully functional; (c) such features may contain errors, design flaws, or other problems; (d) it may not be possible to make such features fully functional; (e) use of such features may result in unexpected results, corruption or loss of data, or other unpredictable damage or loss; (f) such features may change and may not become generally available; and (g) Kareo is not obligated in any way to continue to provide or maintain such features for any purpose in providing the ongoing Service. These beta features are provided AS IS, with all faults. Customer assumes all risk arising from use of such features, including, without limitation, the risk of damage to Customer’s computer system or the corruption or loss of data.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed to by us, any Beta Feature trial period will expire upon the date that a version of the Beta Feature becomes generally available to all of our customers for production use or upon the date that we elect to discontinue such Beta Feature. We may discontinue Beta Features at any time in our sole discretion and may never make them generally available as part of the Platform. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with any use of a Beta Feature, and you use any Beta Feature at your own risk.

Subscriber acknowledges that the Beta Features are test versions of certain features of the Software which have not been released for commercial use, that some Beta Features may be disabled or otherwise fail to function properly, that any Beta Features as a whole may fail to function in accordance with its specifications and that the specifications of all Beta Features are subject to change and may be different from the specifications of the final version of the product. Magentrix makes no warranties or representations concerning the pricing or future availability, if any, of the Beta Features.
