Travel Agent. The League-designated travel service shall be Sportscorp Travel, unless and until the League selects another travel service after consultation with the Executive Director of the NHLOA. The League-designated travel service shall be provided with a copy of the travel policy set out herein and shall abide by the travel policy in all respects.
Travel Agent. Passenger acknowledges and confirms that any travel agent utilized by Passenger in connection with the issuance of this Ticket Contract is, for all purposes, Xxxxxxxxx's agent and Quark Expeditions shall not be liable for any representation made by said travel agent. Passenger shall remain liable at all times to QEI for the price of passage.   • Travel Advance Employees who are required to proceed on travel status, shall be provided with an adequate travel advance. The amount of advance will be determined by such factors as time away from headquarters and the frequency of reimbursement. Employees who fail to submit a travel expense form accounting for the travel advance within fifteen (15) calendar days of the completion of such travel shall not be eligible for further travel advances until such time as the accounting for the travel advance is finalized.
