Contractor’s Representative. Contractor hereby designates [***INSERT NAME OR TITLE***], or his or her designee, to act as its representative for the performance of this Agreement (“Contractor’s Representative”). Contractor’s Representative shall have full authority to represent and act on behalf of the Contractor for all purposes under this Agreement. The Contractor’s Representative shall supervise and direct the Services, using his best skill and attention, and shall be responsible for all means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedures and for the satisfactory coordination of all portions of the Services under this Agreement.

Contractor’s Representative. The Contractor’s Representative for the purpose of this Agreement shall be or such other individual as Contractor shall designate in writing. Whenever direction to or communication with Contractor is required by this Agreement, such direction or communication shall be directed to Contractor’s Representative; provided, however, that in exigent circumstances when Contractor’s Representative is not available, City may direct its direction or communication to other designated Contractor personnel or agents.
Contractor’s Representative. Before starting the Work, Contractor shall submit in writing the name, qualifications and experience of its proposed representative who shall be subject to the review and approval of the District (“′Contractor’s Representative”). Following approval by the District, Contractor’s Representative shall have full authority to represent and act on behalf of Contractor for all purposes under this Contract. Contractor’s Representative shall supervise and direct the Work, using his best skill and attention, and shall be responsible for all construction means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedures and for the satisfactory coordination of all portions of the Work under this Contract. Contractor’s Representative shall devote full time to the Project and either he or his designee, who shall be acceptable to the District, shall be present at the Work site at all times that any Work is in progress and at any time that any employee or subcontractor of Contractor is present at the Work site. Arrangements for responsible supervision, acceptable to the District, shall be made for emergency Work which may be required. Should Contractor desire to change its Contractor’s Representative, Contractor shall provide the information specified above and obtain the District’s written approval.
Contractor’s Representative. 4.1 The Contractor's Representative is named in paragraph 5.2 below. This person is authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor on all matters relating to the Agreement.
Contractor’s Representative. The person identified on the signature page (“Contractor’s Representative”) shall ensure that Contractor’s duties under this Agreement shall be performed on behalf of the Contractor by qualified personnel; Contractor represents and warrants that (1) Contractor has fulfilled all applicable requirements of the laws of the State of California to perform the services under this Agreement and (2) Contractor’s Representative has full authority to act for Contractor hereunder. Contractor and County recognize that the services to be provided by Contractor’s Representative pursuant to this Agreement are unique: accordingly, Contractor’s Representative shall not be changed during the Term of the Agreement without County’s written consent. County reserves the right to terminate this Agreement pursuant to Clause 7.1 “Termination for Default”, if Contractor’s Representative should leave Contractor’s employ, or if, in County’s judgment, the work hereunder is not being performed by Contractor’s Representative.
Contractor’s Representative. Contractor shall designate a Contractor's Representative who shall communicate with Owner's Representative. Contractor's Representative shall be responsible for Contractor's performance of this Agreement and shall assist Owner whenever necessary to ensure Contractor's complete and satisfactory performance of this Agreement. Contractor’s Representative. The Contractor shall appoint the Contractor's Representative and shall give him all authority necessary to act on the Contractor's behalf under the Contract. Unless the Contractor's Representative is named in the Contract, the Contractor shall, prior to the Commencement Date, submit to the Engineer for consent the name and particulars of the person the Contractor proposes to appoint as Contractor’s Representative. If consent is withheld or subsequently revoked, or if the appointed person fails to act as Contractor’s Representative, the Contractor shall similarly submit the name and particulars of another suitable person for such appointment. The Contractor shall not, without the prior consent of the Engineer, revoke the appointment of the Contractor’s Representative or appoint a replacement. The whole of the Contractor’s Representative's time shall be given to directing the Contractor's performance of the Contract. If the Contractor’s Representative is to be temporarily absent during the execution of the Works a suitable replacement person shall be appointed, subject to the Engineer's prior consent, and the Engineer shall be notified accordingly.
