Transportation of Pool Components. The following delivery terms apply to Components covered under a Pool Access Fee as stated in Clause A-1.1 and A-3.1. In case Operator places a request for a Pool Component and A-Technics has a suitable Component at its Vnukovo facilities, Maintenance Provider shall supply the Serviceable Component from A-Technics to Operator, FCA <SVO Airport> If otherwise, the Maintenance Provider shall book shipments to SVO Airport or to other location if requested by the Operator (e.g. Operator’s Heavy Maintenance location) on the Operator’s flight or any other flight if requested or approved by the Operator. Maintenance Provider shall deliver material and Components from the Maintenance Provider Pool Store in <Pool Store Airport> to the Operator, FCA < Pool Store Airport> (delivered to Operator’s agent located in <Pool Store Airport> airport) or any other location requested by Operator. Maintenance Provider shall deliver Component to SVO Airport or to other location, if requested by the Operator (e.g. Operator’s Heavy Maintenance location), on the Operator’s flight or any other flight if requested or approved by the Operator. Documents supplied with each delivery shall include Export Customs Declaration, Proforma Invoice and Air Waybill indicating the Maintenance Provider as shipper. The Operator shall deliver unserviceable Components to the Maintenance Provider’s Pool Store, DAT <Pool Store Airport>. Transportation services and delivery terms as set out in this Clause A-4.2.1 and clause A-4.2.2 are covered under the Pool Access Fee under Annex B. In the event point of origin for serviceable components or point of destination for unserviceable components is different from the agreed above, transportation services shall be mutually agreed between Parties.

  • Transportation of Accident Victims Transportation to the nearest physician or hospital for employees requiring medical care as a result of an on-the-job accident shall be at the expense of the Employer.
