Point of Origin. Where a Theatre occupies more than one (1) performance venue in its Point of Origin, the Company Category applicable to a production presented exclusively in a particular performance venue shall be determined by the potential weekly box office gross of that venue.
Point of Origin. A Theatre’s “Point of Origin” shall be defined as the forty (40) kilometre radius from the Theatre’s primary place of business address.

For all other activities and remittances, the shall remit payments on a monthly basis. Maximum Contributions Deductions The contributions and deductions provided for above shall apply to that part of the Artist's weekly contractual fee which does not exceed three thousand, one hundred and twelve dollars ($3,112.00). Artists Over Seventy-One Years of Age Individuals over seventy-one (71) years of age are prohibited by law from contributing to For any Artist over seventy-one (71) years of age, the shall execute a rider to the Artist's engagement contract stating that the Engager will to the eligible Artist an additional percentage of the contractual fee which does not exceed three thousand, one hundred and twelve dollars in lieu of the contribution as Choreographer Manager Season Stage Manager I
