Transportation of Goods. 4.1. All risks are transferred to the purchaser from the moment when the goods are handed over to the 1st carrier for transfer to the purchaser. The customer expressly agrees that, notwithstanding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the transfer of risk shall be effective from the moment when the goods are handed over to the 1st carrier, whatever the payment terms for transport costs, and even when SOTRAD WATER organises the shipment of goods on behalf of its customer.
4.2. In the event that SOTRAD WATER organises the transport of goods on behalf of the customer, said goods will only be insured at the express re of the customer and to the value specified on the invoices. Insurance costs will be paid by the customer.
0.0. Xx the event of damage, delay or missing items, the customer must register any complaints or reservations within 48 hours from the point Of delivery or the theoretical delivery date from the carrier. Any claim against the carrier shall also be his/her personal responsibility.
Transportation of Goods. 3.1 Party B will be responsible for the transportation of the hazardous goods delivered by Party A into and out of the warehouse with the qualified vehicles provided from the transportation company which Party B elects to cooperate for such purpose.
3.2 Upon its receipt of a warehouse incoming notice, Party B will arrange the vehicles qualified to transport the goods provided by Party A to transport such goods from the supplier of such goods to the warehouse within the time required by Party A. Upon its receipt of a warehouse outgoing notice, Party B will also arrange the qualified vehicles to transport the goods from the warehouse to a destination designated by Party A within the time required by Party A.
3.3 It is agreed that the contacts for transportation of the goods are (i) for Party A: Jiang Hua, at 62896600; and (ii) for Party B: Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, at 51370668.
3.4 Party A will deliver a transportation advice (the form of which is in Schedule I) to Party B by way of facsimile or e-mail no less than 24 hours prior to the transportation of its goods. Upon its receipt of such transportation advice, Party B will make active efforts to arrange vehicles for such transportation to complete the transportation required by Party A on schedule.

(b) Transportation of donated com- modities and other goods such as bags that may be provided by CCC under FFPr will be acquired under a specific agreement in the manner determined by FAS. Such transportation will be acquired by:
(1) CCC in accordance with the Fed- eral Acquisition Regulations (FAR), USDA’s procurement regulations set forth in chapter 4 of title 48 of the Code of Federal Regulations (the AGAR), and directives issued by the Director, Office of Procurement and Property Management, USDA; or
(2) The participant, with reimburse- ment by CCC, in the manner specified in the agreement.
(c) A participant that acquires trans- portation in accordance with para- graph (b)(2) of this section may only use the services of a freight forwarder that is licensed by the FMC and that would not have a conflict of interest in carrying out the freight forwarder du- ties. To assist FAS in determining whether there is a potential conflict of interest, the participant must submit

Transportation of Goods. 6.1 Emit will make every endeavor to Transport and deliver the Goods at the dates and times as requested or scheduled.
6.2 Emit is entitled, in its sole discretion, to determine the routes to be followed for the Transport of the Goods.
6.3 Emit is not and will not be liable to the Customer or any other person or entity for any damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses incurred or occasioned as a result of any delay or any cancellation of any undertaking to Transport and deliver any Goods occasioned as a result of any delay in air, rail, road or sea transit, mechanical or electrical breakdown, accident, non-availability of vehicles, failures or breakages, inclement weather, labour troubles or any other cause whatsoever.
6.4 Should any vehicles be forced to deviate from their normal route, as a result of any cause beyond Emit’s control, such deviation will entitle Emit to make an additional charge to the Customer to cover the expense arising from the extra mileage and time involved.
Transportation of Goods. 10.1. The Customer shall provide SEVA on request with all necessary information for the documents needed to transport the goods and to unload the goods.
10.2. The Customer shall provide SEVA on request with a complete written list of all documents and/or formalities required for delivery of the goods at the location of the Customer.
10.3. SEVA shall not accept any responsibility for documents for the transportation / delivery of the goods based on information provided by the Customer or lack of information provided by the Customer.
Transportation of Goods. Inmar or Dealer can arrange for transportation of Products from Inmar facilities, and Dealer will pay all freight with respect to the same, unless Clients have agreed to pay the freight. Payment for transportation of Products will be made by wire transfer (EFT) or ACH draft to Inmar‘s bank account only. Cash, check, and credit will not be accepted. No Products will be shipped from any facilities until payment for the Products has been received and processed. Inmar depends on an efficient flow of material in and out of its facilities; therefore, Dealer agrees to pick up Products within forty-eight (48) hours of payment receipt by Inmar. Upon request, Inmar will provide Dealer with complete transportation and logistics solutions that will execute the pickup and delivery of Products to any destination within the required timeframe. Transportation services include optimizing mode selection and scheduling pickup and delivery appointments. If Dealer requests such services, Inmar Remarketing staff will assist Dealer in obtaining competitive transportation quotes.
