Transportation Fees. TRMC agrees to pay to TLO a fee of $0.25 per Barrel (the “Transportation Fee”) for all Barrels of crude petroleum and refined petroleum products shipped by TRMC on the Short Haul Pipelines. TLO shall not increase the Transportation Fee during the Term of this Agreement except as specifically set forth in paragraphs (b), and (c) of this Section.
Transportation Fees. 19.5.1 Where PTM requests for ABX to arrange delivery of Bullion to or from an Approved Location pursuant to Clause 7.2.4, PTM herein acknowledges and agrees that it shall be liable for any designated carrier charges, insurance charges incurred, customs duties, tariffs or any other administrative or regulatory charges, taxes, fees or imposts related to said transportation and delivery of the Bullion to or from an Approved Location. Furthermore ABX makes no representation or warranty that the PTM will be able to delivery to a particular Approved Location. Whether the local laws of a particular jurisdiction allow Bullion to be delivered to a particular Approved Location in that jurisdiction is ultimately the responsibility of the PTM.
Transportation Fees a. The Parties mutually commit to a fair commercial oil agreement based on international practice and standards. All fees and charges shall be fair, reasonable, cost-based, and consistent with international law and state practice including with respect to the rights of land locked states.
Transportation Fees. Each Month Shipper will, where applicable, pay Transporter the fees as set forth in the Confirmation ("Transportation Fees"). Transportation Fees. All transportation fees in the Provisional Services Budget are estimates. Transportation will be handled as a direct pass through cost to The Sponsor on the monthly invoice. Quintiles Laboratories applies a kit transportation management fee to each kit for the administrative cost of managing the transportation of supplies to the sites and the movement of samples to QLAB and/or a sponsor designated location.
