Training Courses and On-the-Job Training. The Employer recognizes that education is a continuing process. Accordingly, the Employer will endeavour to provide skills training and professional development opportunities for Employees. The Employer agrees to provide information related to Board training courses appropriate for the member of this Bargaining Unit. The matter will be referred to the Labour Management Committee for discussion.

  • Training Courses 16.3.1 Training courses will be as described in the Seller’s customer services catalog (the “Seller’s Customer Services Catalog”). The Seller’s Customer Services Catalog also sets forth the minimum and maximum number of trainees per course. All training requests or training course changes made outside of the scope of the Training Conference will be submitted by the Buyer with a minimum of ***** prior notice.

  • Training and Orientation (a) No employee shall be required to work on any job or operate any piece of equipment until he/she has received proper training and instruction.

Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.
