Training and Documents. Aspect personnel shall be made available free of charge for a reasonable number of training sessions reasonably required by Drager with respect to the sales and application know-how, the maintenance, repair or replacement of the Products, or parts therefore. Aspect will supply Drager free of charge with a reasonable quantity of technical, sales and application materials for internal purposes in English and German (if available) such as manuals and other technical materials relating to the Aspect BIS Module Kits and Aspect's BIS Sensors. Aspect will supply Drager at cost price with a reasonable quantity of catalogues and literature relating to the Aspect BIS Module Kits and Aspect's BIS Sensors. Confidential Materials omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Asterisks denote omissions. Drager agrees to provide, at its own expense, and subject to Aspect's prior written approval, translation and printing of technical, sales, operation and service materials in the language(s) commonly used in the areas where Drager will sell the Products. Drager Lubeck will coordinate training and flow of information for all Drager participants. Training will be held in English language.

The training format will be for you to Train the Trainer in the use of the configured version of the System through a combination of documentation, in-person seminars, recorded video and various online methods as required by us. In addition to the Train the Trainer training above, the Documents will describe in detail and in a completely self-contained manner how users may access and use the System such that any user can read the Documents and access, use and maintain all of the functionality of the System and Service, without the need for further instruction. Training and Documents. For the First Market Deliverables and once for each new Market, TELIGENT shall receive three complete sets of documentation and 500 student-hours of training credit at no additional charge. The training credit may be "banked" and used by TELIGENT throughout the term of this Agreement for any training (either classroom courses or "suitcase" training) offered by XXXXXX or under this Agreement. XXXXXX shall timely provide documentation to TELIGENT sufficient to enable TELIGENT to specify, order, operate, field repair and maintain the equipment and other goods delivered. XXXXXX shall provide at least two durable (Mylar, etc.) copies of all irregularly-sized, blue-lined or other perishable documentation. In addition to the training and documentation included with First Market Deliverables and Extension Deliverables, XXXXXX will offer optional training courses and documentation under this Agreement.

  • Training and Support Licensor shall offer installation support to the Licensee and each of the Members, including assisting with the implementation of any Licensor software. Licensor will provide appropriate training to Licensee and Member staff relating to the use of the Licensed Materials and any Licensor software. Licensor will offer reasonable levels of continuing support to assist Licensee and Members in use of the Licensed Materials, including providing help files and other appropriate user documentation in connection with the use of and access to Licensed Materials. Licensor will, at a minimum, make its personnel available by email, telephone or via the Web, or in person during Licensor’s regular business hours, Monday through Friday, for training and user access support.

  • TRAINING AND RELATED MATTERS The parties recognise that in order to increase the efficiency and productivity of the company a significant commitment to structured training and skill development is required. Accordingly the parties commit themselves to:

  • Training and Promotion a. The contractor will assist in locating, qualifying, and increasing the skills of minorities and women who are applicants for employment or current employees. Such efforts should be aimed at developing full journey level status employees in the type of trade or job classification involved.

  • Training and Development 12.1 The parties are committed to, and acknowledge the mutual benefit to the employer and employee of planned human resource development and the provision and participation in relevant development opportunities (including accredited training).

  • Anti-Money Laundering and Red Flag Identity Theft Prevention Programs The Trust acknowledges that it has had an opportunity to review, consider and comment upon the written procedures provided by USBFS describing various tools used by USBFS which are designed to promote the detection and reporting of potential money laundering activity by monitoring certain aspects of shareholder activity as well as written procedures for verifying a customer’s identity (collectively, the “Procedures”). Further, the Trust has determined that the Procedures, as part of the Trust’s overall anti-money laundering program and the Red Flag Identity Theft Prevention program, are reasonably designed to prevent the Fund from being used for money laundering or the financing of terrorist activities and to achieve compliance with the applicable provisions of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003 and the USA Patriot Act of 2001 and the implementing regulations thereunder. Based on this determination, the Trust hereby instructs and directs USBFS to implement the Procedures on the Trust’s behalf, as such may be amended or revised from time to time. It is contemplated that these Procedures will be amended from time to time by the parties as additional regulations are adopted and/or regulatory guidance is provided relating to the Trust’s anti-money laundering and identity theft responsibilities. USBFS agrees to provide to the Trust:

  • Training and Professional Development C. Maintain written program procedures covering these six (6) core activities. All procedures shall be consistent with the requirements of this Contract.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • Education, Training and Experience Grade 12 and two years' recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
