Time Off to Meet and Confer. The City shall allow up to four (4) employee representatives of the Union approved time during regular work hours without loss of compensation or other benefits for the purpose of formally meeting and conferring with representatives of the City on matters within the scope of representation. The City agrees to provide up to five (5) days per year of unpaid release time for purposes of participation in Union training activities upon request from the designated xxxxxxx and subsequent approval by the xxxxxxx’x supervisor. Approval shall be subject to the workload requirements of the Department.

Time Off to Meet and Confer. No more than five (5) employees will be allowed reasonable time off without loss of compensation or benefits when formally meeting and conferring with representatives of the City on matters within the scope of representation. It may be determined by prior mutual agreement that there are specific meet and confer sessions which warrant scheduled participation by additional employee representatives with specialized expertise or unique interests in designated topics.

The maximum number of employees who may be eligible to receive time off under this Section shall not exceed four (4) employees.

  • Website, Email Address and Toll-Free Number The Administrator will establish and maintain and use an internet website to post information of interest to Class Members including the date, time and location for the Final Approval Hearing and copies of the Settlement Agreement, Motion for Preliminary Approval, the Preliminary Approval, the Class Notice, the Motion for Final Approval, the Motion for Class Counsel Fees Payment, Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment and Class Representative Service Payment, the Final Approval and the Judgment. The Administrator will also maintain and monitor an email address and a toll-free telephone number to receive Class Member calls, faxes and emails.

The information disclosed on this form and any updates will be a public record as defined by Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, and may therefore be inspected by any interested person. Also, the information will be made available to the Mayor and the BCC members. This form and any updates will accompany the information for the applicant’s project or item. However, for development-related items, if an applicant discloses the existence of one or more of the relationships described above and the matter would normally receive final consideration by the Concurrency Review Committee or the Development Review Committee, the matter will be directed to the BCC for final consideration and action following committee review.
