Time allotment plan. No later than August 1st of each year, the Employer will develop a draft time allotment plan for each position or run for the following school year; the plan shall include a breakdown of the time spent for each task (by room, if possible, and otherwise by routine) and shall provide assistance to the employee regarding the sequence of tasks to be performed. The Employer will review and discuss the draft time allotment plans for each school with the custodians assigned to the school. Thereafter, but no later than October 1st of that year, the Employer will provide a reasonable time allotment plan to each employee. The Employer shall staff to the level called for by the allotment plan. Summer time allotment plan The Employer will meet with each day lead and night lead custodian by June 20 each year to establish a summer cleaning and project schedule, including a reasonable time allotment and staffing plan for the summer schedule. The Employer will staff to the level called for by the allotment plan. No employee will have their regular hours reduced during the summer as a result of this plan, unless job requirements are adjusted as part of a reduction. If the Employer determines that an employee will be required to move to a different school during the summer months, any movement will take place in reverse seniority order, unless an exception is mutually agreed upon by the Employer, employee and Union. The previous sentence does not apply to day leads, who stay in their regularly-assigned school during the summer months.

  • Share Option Plans Each share option granted by the Company under the Company’s share option plan was granted (i) in accordance with the terms of the Company’s share option plan and (ii) with an exercise price at least equal to the fair market value of the Ordinary Shares on the date such share option would be considered granted under GAAP and applicable law. No share option granted under the Company’s share option plan has been backdated. The Company has not knowingly granted, and there is no and has been no Company policy or practice to knowingly grant, share options prior to, or otherwise knowingly coordinate the grant of share options with, the release or other public announcement of material information regarding the Company or its Subsidiaries or their financial results or prospects.

  • Profit Sharing Plan Under the Northrim BanCorp, Inc. Profit Sharing Plan (the “Plan”), Executive shall be eligible to receive an annual profit share based on performance as defined by the Board of Directors. Executive will be classified in the Executive tier under the Plan’s Responsibility Factors. If Employer is required to prepare an accounting restatement due to “material noncompliance of the Employer,” the Employer will recover from the Executive any incentive compensation during the three (3) years prior to the date of the restatement, in excess of what would have been paid under the restatement. Executive’s signature on this Agreement authorizes Employer to offset or deduct from any compensation Employer may owe Executive, any excess payments (in whole or in part) that Executive may owe Employer due to such restatement(s).

  • Distribution Plans You shall also be entitled to compensation for your services as provided in any Distribution Plan adopted as to any series and class of any Fund’s Shares pursuant to Rule 12b-1 under the 1940 Act. The compensation provided in any such Distribution Plan (a “12b-1 Plan”) may be divided into a distribution fee and a service fee, as set forth in such Plan and the Fund’s then current prospectus and statement of additional information (“SAI”), each of which is compensation for different services to be rendered to the Fund. Subject to the termination provisions in a 12b-1 Plan, any distribution fee with respect to the sale of a Share subject to such Plan shall be earned when such Share is sold and shall be payable from time to time as provided in the 12b-1 Plan.   • Oregon Public Service Retirement Plan Pension Program Members For purposes of this Section 2, “employee” means an employee who is employed by the State on or after August 29, 2003 and who is not eligible to receive benefits under ORS Chapter 238 for service with the State pursuant to Section 2 of Chapter 733, Oregon Laws 2003.

  • Payment Plans Employees covered by the Samaritan Choice medical insurance plan who have outstanding balances that are payable to Samaritan Health Services for in network, covered, and authorized (if medically necessary) services will be provided payment plan offerings upon request from the employee. The request will be made to Patient Financial Services, and may be directed through the Hospital Patient Financial Counselor. Patient Financial Services will work with employees to identify the appropriate payment arrangement based on the employee financial needs/eligibility. Within 120 days from first patient statement, employees must contact Patient Financial Services and identify themselves as a SHS SEIU member and ask for a payment plan arrangement that does not exceed six percent (6%) of their household income. Such requests will be granted using the existing SHS payment options and funding programs. To be eligible for a payment plan, employees must comply with all requirements for establishing appropriate payment options/eligibility, including the completion of a financial assistance application with supporting documentation. Employees who comply with all terms of the payment plan(s) will not be subject to collections or wage garnishment.

  • Initial Enrollment Upon retirement, each new retiree who is eligible to enroll in plans under the Health Benefits Program shall receive uninterrupted coverage under the plan in which he or she was enrolled as an active employee, provided the employee submits all necessary applications and other required documentation in a timely fashion.
