Share Option Plans definition

Share Option Plans means the share option plan(s) of the Company, the terms of which have been approved by an Investor Majority;

Share Option Plans means the Cadbury Schweppes Share Option Plan 2004 and the Cadbury Schweppes (New Issue) Share Option Plan 2004.

Share Option Plans means any share option plan now or hereafter adopted by the Partnership or the Parent.

Share Option Plans means, collectively, the 0000 Xxxxxxx Share Option Plan of the Company, the 1996 Section 102 Stock Option Plan of the Company and the 2002 Stock Option Plan (Incentive and Restrictive Stock Options) of the Company.
