The Parties’ Roles. The parties agree that with regard to the Processing of Personal Data, Customer is the Controller, Okta is the Processor, and that Okta or members of the Okta Group will engage Sub-processors pursuant to the requirements of this DPA.

The Parties’ Roles. Epicor, as Controller, appoints Vendor as a Processor to process the Personal Data on Epicor's behalf. In some circumstances Epicor may be a Processor, in which case Epicor appoints Vendor as Epicor's sub-processor, which shall not change the obligations of either Epicor or Vendor under this DPA, as Vendor will remain a Processor with respect to Epicor in such event. The Parties’ Roles. The parties agree that with regard to the Processing of Personal Data under EU Applicable Law, Customer is a Data Controller and Alert Logic is a Data Processor. Data Processor shall only process Personal Data on behalf of Data Controller in accordance with and for the purposes set out in the Instructions. Each party shall comply with the obligations applicable to that party under EU Applicable Law. Data Processor shall promptly inform Data Controller if, in Data Controller’s opinion: (i) that Data Processor cannot comply with EU Applicable Law or (ii) that Data Controller’s Instructions violate EU Applicable Law.
The Parties’ Roles. The parties agree that with regard to the Processing of Personal Data, Customer is the Controller, Scalyr is the Processor, and that Scalyr or members of the Scalyr Group will engage Sub- processors pursuant to the requirements of this DPA.

The Parties’ Roles. The Council and Creation Trust will work together in mutual co-operation to further their shared vision. Specifically, Creation Trust will: • drive forward the social and economic regeneration of the estate, delivering improved outcomes for local people by: o funding and delivering community projects to respond to service gaps o providing an advocacy service for vulnerable residents o providing space for community projects and activities o facilitating coordination between statutory, voluntary and community service providers. o developing partnerships between the community, local and central government, businesses and other groups. • support the council in delivering the physical regeneration of the estate in line with the redevelopment envisaged in the Area Action Plan by: o providing space in the Aylesbury Echo to update residents o encouraging and broadening participation in consultation events o to maintain a regeneration sub-group to act as a forum for collective exploration of issues related to the physical redevelopment of the estate. • support the council in managing the existing estate while it awaits redevelopment by: o participating in the Area Forum and TRAs. o encouraging and broadening participation in consultation and involvement in estate management activities. o providing space in the Aylesbury Echo to update residents. Specifically, the Council will: • drive forward the physical regeneration of the estate in line with the redevelopment envisaged in the Area Action Plan. • manage the existing estate while it awaits redevelopment. • support the Creation Trust in driving forward the social and economic regeneration of the estate by: o maintaining a key contact officer to act as the link with the Council. o facilitating relationships between the Creation Trust and service providers within the Council. o providing access to information and data (where possible) held by the council. o providing access (but not professional advice) to specialist expertise, (where possible given resourcing constraints). o identifying and realising opportunities to contribute to the social and economic regeneration of the estate.
The Parties’ Roles. The parties acknowledge and agree that (i) with respect to Customer’s Personal Data and/or SCoPD processed by AAI for the provision of the Service, AAI shall be a Processor (or a ‘service provider’ for purposes of CCPA) and Customer shall be a Controller (or a ‘Business’ for purposes of CCPA), and (ii) with respect to any other Personal Data and/or SCoPD including (without limitation) such data processed for Service Improvement, each party shall be a separate Controller (or a ‘Business’ for purposes of CCPA).
