Each violation shall be a separate and distinct offense and in the case of a continuing violation, each calendar day's continuance of the violation shall be deemed to be a separate and distinct offense. The State may request that the Attorney General bring a civil action in the Superior Court for the Judicial District of Hartford to seek imposition and recovery of such civil penalty. In accordance with subsection (f) of such statute, each large state contractor, as defined in the statute, shall post a notice of the provisions of the statute relating to large state contractors in a conspicuous place which is readily available for viewing by the employees of the Contractor.

Contractor Parties. Each Contractor Party hereby agrees that, at any time and from time to time after the date hereof, it shall execute and deliver such documents and instruments and take such other actions as the Company may reasonably request in order to confirm such Contractor Party's obligations and representations and warranties under Section 4.6.2 to the Company.

Contractor will not be relieved of its obligations under this Agreement by use of any Contractor Party to perform Work and will be responsible for any Contractor Party’s failure to satisfy the terms of this Agreement, as they relate to the Work performed by the Contractor Party, to the same degree as if Contractor performed the Work directly. If Company determines that the performance or conduct of Contractor or any Contractor Party is unsatisfactory, Company may notify Contractor of its determination in writing, indicating the reasons therefor, and Contractor will promptly take all actions necessary to remedy the performance or conduct of Contractor or such Contractor Party. At Company’s request, Contractor shall, at no cost to Company, terminate any arrangement with any Contractor Party that was not entered into in accordance with this Agreement.
